1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using junk.fun (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
2. Eligiblity
By accessing and using junk.fun, you agree you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into these Terms to use the Services.
3. Nature of the Services
junk.fun is a non-custodial Web3 application built on the Solana blockchain.
The Services allow users to connect compatible wallets and interact with blockchain-based functionality, including burning tokens or NFTs in order to reclaim associated Solana account rent and perform claim operations according to on-chain logic.
Access to the Services is provided via wallet connection only. No email, username, or password registration is required.
4. Non-Custodial Use & No Advice
We do not hold, custody, or control user funds, wallets, or private keys.
We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
You are solely responsible for your wallet, digital assets, and transactions.
5. Burn and Claim Mechanics
When a user successfully completes a burn action in accordance with the rules of the Services and applicable smart contract logic, the corresponding claim operation is executed on-chain.
However:
we do not guarantee any specific market value, price stability, or liquidity of any SOL, tokens, NFTs, credits, or other digital assets received;
assets obtained through the Services do not represent investment products, securities, or financial returns;
reward parameters or mechanics may change for future interactions, but completed on-chain transactions cannot be reversed.
All burn and claim operations are executed by smart contracts and are not subject to manual intervention by junk.fun.
6. Wallets and Transactions
By connecting a wallet, you represent that:
you own or control the wallet;
all actions initiated from the wallet are authorized by you;
blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed;
you are responsible for all network and third-party fees.
We cannot reverse, refund, or cancel blockchain transactions.
7. Payments
The Services do not process fiat payments, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
use the Services for illegal activity or to violate applicable laws;
attempt to exploit, disrupt, or bypass security measures;
abuse smart contracts, infrastructure, or community channels;
distribute scams, malware, or misleading information.
9. Third-Party Services
The Services rely on third-party Solana wallet providers and Solana blockchain infrastructure (including RPC services). We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, security, or operation.
10. Intellectual Property
All software, interfaces, branding, and content of the Services (excluding third-party content) are owned by or licensed to junk.fun. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” The Services may be experimental and subject to change, interruption, or discontinuation.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, junk.fun is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of digital assets, arising from your use of the Services.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold junk.fun harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
14. Changes and Termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services or update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of a jurisdiction to be determined, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
